If you haven't purchased NECA's AVP Predator line yet, you will want to after you read this review.  I think most people have the same opinion about the movie...the Predators looked like they were on steroids, and the actors were just plain boring.  The movie is truly about the Alien vs Predator battles throughout, but they were hard to follow and not exactly "non rubber suit looking".  I'd sit here and write about the entire movie premise, but at this point all that matters is the amazing figures NECA has created from a PG-13 Alien/Predator movie. I decided for this series, I would review all three Predators together to compare and contrast their differences.

Following The Trooper, The Mummy, and the Piece of Mind Eddies, NECA has brought back the iconic mascot of Iron Maiden again for another kick ass figure. This time NECA brings us the 2 Minutes to Midnight retro format Eddie! Besides my Snake Plissken and VGA Freddy this is now my third retro format figure, and I continue to like them more and more with each one I buy.

"Have you seen this boy?", a line Robert Patrick laid out with conviction as a T-1000.  I actually believe Robert Patrick was just as good as any of the other characters in Terminator 2.  He really gives a performance that makes you believe he is literally a liquid machine with one job...TERMINATE!  I could almost make a case that he stole the movie from the entire cast...only because of his kills and demeanor throughout the movie. OK, enough about the movie, let's jump into this awesome figure!

I just recently got both the new NES Jason as well as the Ultimate Jason figures by NECA. Both of these are awesome, but today's review will focus on the VGA Jason. A similar version of this figure came out in 2013 as a SDCC exclusive figure. Many people missed out on this figure at that time, and  it has since become a highly coveted action figure. I have wanted one for years, but refused to feed the scalpers on eBay and pay their outrageous prices. As usual, patience and perseverance pays off. 

NECA knew that many collectors really wanted a crack at this figure. They didn't just merely re-release the same figure. They made some awesome improvements. The original version came with the iconic mask and a hatchet and had glow in the dark features.
