Can you believe it's already the 30th Anniversary for ALIENS?  I feel like it was just yesterday when I was freaking out over the Alien Queen and that stuff that was flowing out of the Torn Bishop. One of the ways NECA Toys is celebrating ALIENS DAY on 4/26, is with the Kenner Ripley figure. Ripley is a perfect throwback to the 90's comic version you might have owned as a kid. We were lucky enough to get our hands on one and discuss it just before ALIENS Day!

PROS:

• Great throwback comparison to Kenner version of Ripley
• Added details like yellow scarf are an added bonus
• Cool version of the smart gun we have always wanted

CONS:

• Ripley's hands can be a little bit stubborn at times

Since we received this figure early we don't have a package shot to show you yet. There are additional subtle differences between the 2 versions of Ripley that make it worth getting.  If you read the comics or played with the Kenner 90's toys then this is your Ripley! I will let the pictures speak to just how cool this version really is!

This figure will be available at Toys R Us and Hastings beginning on ALIEN DAY 4/26!
