Mezco Toyz Flash
DC Comics has no shortage of classic characters, but one of the coolest to me has always been Barry Allen...aka THE FLASH. He's always been a staple of DC Comics, but has recently seen a resurgence in popularity due to both the WB television show as well as the upcoming Justice League movie that is coming out. Mezco has done an amazing job of taking his classic look and giving it a subtle, modern, and realistic look.

- Aesthetically pleasing stand that gets the job done
Cons
- Softer, more "rubbery" hands make switching them a tad difficult
Packaging
Flash comes in the standard Mezco box packaging with a nice piece of artwork on the inside of the box. When you open the box he is displayed in window packaging revealing all that he comes with along with his stand. Mezco's packaging is always a highlight with any figure you buy from them.

I love this figure. It reminds me of a modern day, realistic version of the 70's era Super Friends Flash. He has a smaller build than some of the other One:12 Collective figures such as Batman or Captain America. With that said, the Flash is lean and mean. Although, he has more of a slender build (which is correct for his character), he is still extremely muscular. There lots of cool details on this guy which makes him a blast to pose and photograph. With multiple heads, speed force lightning effects for arms and legs, tornado/whirlwind effect, and multiple hands there should be no shortage of shots you can take with him.
Overall
The Mezco One:12 Collection has brought us many classic characters. The Flash is a welcome addition the family. As always, Mezco does a great job of taking a classic character and subtlety giving him a modern, realistic look. If you have not picked him up yet then start looking. He is a must have for your collection. Also, the PX exclusive Reverse Flash is equally awesome!
